To access the full range of services on jet4d, you must complete the Account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and preferred currency (Indonesian Rupiah — IDR).
Each Player is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) active Account on the Platform at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Breach of this policy will result in the closure of all duplicate accounts, forfeiture of any balances held therein, and potential permanent ban from the Platform.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and throughout the lifetime of your Account remains accurate and up to date. If your personal details change (including address, phone number, or bank account information), you must update your Account details promptly or notify our support team.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. jet4d will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorization, you must notify jet4d immediately at [email protected]. jet4d reserves the right to temporarily suspend an Account where unauthorized access is suspected, pending investigation.
You may request to close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any outstanding balance at the time of closure (after satisfying applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method.
All Players must complete jet4d's KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process before making a withdrawal or accessing certain Platform features. This process is required to confirm your identity, verify your age, and ensure compliance with responsible gaming obligations.

All deposits are credited to your Account balance in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits are processed instantly in most cases. jet4d does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees — these are entirely the Player's responsibility.
Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered in your own name and verified through the KYC process. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Unless otherwise stated in the promotion's specific terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 10x (ten times) the bonus amount before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. All bets placed on jet4d are subject to acceptance by the Platform. jet4d reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including in cases of technical errors, manifest pricing mistakes, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by market, game type, and player tier. Current limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface at the time of placing a bet. jet4d reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.
A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before completion, the odds were published in error due to a technical fault, or settlement data was materially incorrect. Settlement decisions by jet4d in accordance with published rules are final.
For sports markets, including bandar bola (bookmaker-style) football wagering and mix parlay accumulator bets, jet4d follows standard international sportsbook rules. Mix parlay refers to an accumulator bet combining multiple match selections, where all selections must win for the bet to pay out. Bets placed during live in-play events are accepted subject to real-time odds at the moment of confirmation. Delays in network connectivity between your device and our servers are the Player's responsibility. In-play odds are valid only at the moment of bet confirmation — not at the moment the bet was initiated.

jet4d's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms & Conditions or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jet4d does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Each party shall bear its own costs in connection with the arbitration proceedings, unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
